In Process - Your order has been received and payment verified. Your order has not been sent to a warehouse for packing yet. In most cases, an order in this status can be easily changed or cancelled. |

Packing - Your order has been sent to our warehouse for immediate shipment. It will be inspected for quality, protected from shipping damage, and ready to ship in minutes. At SDS Supply Corp. we do our best to ship out your order the same day it is received. Because most of our packages ship the same day we cannot guarantee cancellations. As This order has been sent to pack and ship a change or cancellation must be requested. Once requested we must wait for a confirmation from the shipping warehouse before the change can be made or a credit issued. |

Shipped - Your order is confirmed as leaving the warehouse. Tracking and shipping information is available in your order history. (Note: it may take up to 12 hours for the shipping information to appear in your account) |

Multiple Ship - Your order has shipped in several different packages to expedite lead times. Individual shipments will be shown in your account with tracking information for each. |

Backordered – Your order or portions of your order are not available for immediate shipment. All items in our store with indicated lead times will be marked as backordered until shipped. This status insures your order has been processed and requested from a manufacturer or marked for allocation for incoming stock to our warehouse. Items on backorder are considered purchased, but can be requested to be cancelled assuming they have not shipped (must be verified). Certain special order items on Backorder status may not be cancelled. Please contact customer support for information on canceling your backorder. |

Cancelled - Your order has been successfully cancelled. If a refund is due it will be processed and issued within 24-48 hours. |

Contact Us - Your order is in a suspended state. This status indicates there was a problem with your order and we have been unsuccessful in reaching you with the information provided. You must contact our customer service department as soon as possible to resolve any issues and get your order processing. |
