When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software standard in the industry - SSL.

ABigDiscountWarehouse.com does not sell/ market/ share your personal information with any third party. We would not risk the privacy and trust of our customers for anything. Your information is secure.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard & Visa. We do not accept money orders, checks, Cash On Delivery, or any other methods besides the above.


How long will it take to process my order?

Immediately after you have placed an order, you will be sent a receipt e-mail detailing your purchase and acknowledging your payment with your order number. This is your receipt.


Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use UPS Ground or United States Postal Service Media/Proirity Mail for all shipments.


Where all do you ship?

At present, we offer shipping to the lower 48 states of America only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, United States Territories, APO, FOP, PO Box, and International.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you so that you can track your package. All tracking numbers are generated electronically by UPS. Click on the link to track your order http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/track


How do I return a product?

For returns, you will be provided with an RMA number. We will not be responsible for any goods being returned without your RMA number. To get an RMA number please email us at Support@ABigDiscountWarehouse.com with details on the product and reasons for return. We usually send you an RMA number within 2 business days.

Buyer bears shipping charges for products being returned to our warehouse. We will not bear any return shipping charges under any circumstance. This is also applicable on products on which we offer 30 Days Money Back Guarantee.

Shipping costs borne by us to ship your product are non refundable. In case you qualify for a refund, only your purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping charges. A $10 or 15% restocking fee is applicable on all returns, depending on the product.
